General Policy

These are ("We" or "our" or "us") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please send an email to
  • Returns for refund for any unopened product must be submitted within 14 days from the day of receipt of product or the proof of delivery date. Returns for any opened product will not be entertained. Customer is responsible for shipping back all merchandise for refund. No return for a refund after 14 days from date of delivery 
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
  1. Any product not purchase from us
  2. Any product without a valid, readable serial number or vendor SKU or UPC code but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number or vendor SKU or UPC code number
  3. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  4. Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • Product out of warranty will not be accepted.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping with tracking number for defective return on product purchased over 30 days.
  • Return Procedure

    • All return or exchange issues please email
    • Send the product with the original packing and RMA you received or pack the product with proper protection.  Put the shipping label outside the packing and drop it off to the shipping centre of the courier company.
    • Replacement or refund will be arranged by us once received the product and inspected
    • All returns must be received by us before any replacements can be shipped. 
    • Warranty will not cover any misuse, abuse, or accidental damage by users and will be voided if any identification or serial numbers are removed or tempered with, or if any unauthorized modification is detected.
    • is not responsible for any data lost.   Customer is responsible to back up their data prior to returning any storage device or any hardware that has data stored on it.
